Tom was a leader in my home buying team. I can't think of a time a I called him and the phone rang more that once before he answered. Tom was always upbeat and friendly on the phone. Tom's personality makes you feel like you have known each other for years when really you just met. Tom went above and beyond to explain the homebuying process to me.
