Jason was so helpful, that I have already referred people to him. Not only did he explain things in a simple, understandable way, he was calm and calming no matter what happened, and things did happen. When our first deal fell through, no problem, Jason stepped in and easily got us going with the next deal, which we closed on yesterday. Jason was always responsive. That was very important. With so many things going on with our house purchase he kept us completely informed and quickly.
