Randy went above and beyond to give me the information to not just refinance but get a lower rate. Once the initial approvals were done he continued his excellence by communicating everything that was happening and expediting anything that needed it. We had a small hiccup in our process that Randy handled with extreme ease. I would definitely recommend anyone reach out to Randy, he knows he stuff and makes sure all your needs and concerns are taken care of.
