Given the current Covid state of things, the conventional approach and hours to business are out the window. However, Aaron was able to accommodate things as if it might have always been that way. Odd hours, off hours, whatever the hour, or however ridiculous the question, Aaron handled it immediately and without condescension. Couple that with the amount of business being done at this time due to rate drops, and you'd be lucky to get help inside of days with others.

Edward is helping me with a refinancing, this process has not been the norm due to influx in refinance due to all time lows and the world is a different place then it once was, that being said ed had been super helpful with my never ending questions and very responsive.
