My experience was positive when the buyers offer was submitted and accepted - however on the day of settlement, I attended the settlement only to discuss the buyers did not have a ‘clear to close’ for a 10.30 am settlement. The funds did not arrive until approximately 2.30 that day and my seller had a 1.30 pm settlement for the purchase of his next home! It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience!
