I felt like the process was streamlined. It was easy to fill out paperwork and submit documents. I don't feel like I was asked to do things that I felt were unnecessary. Everyone seemed like they were friendly and working towards the goal of getting this mortgage done so I could get a house. You seem like you all enjoy your jobs, which I think makes a difference.
