Matt and Veronica saved the day on this one. We started this process back in August. From the start Matt was open and honest about everything and answered all the tough questions I had. He took on all the challenges and was successful. Once Veronica came on board in October she put everything in hyper speed and really made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. What would have made this better was the original deal presented to us, ( that was not honored for reasons stated to us weren't good enough in our opinion ) was honored & upheld since we signed them & they were not drafts.
