Michael Livezey’s undeniable brilliance in his knowledge of mortgages/home buying. His ability to troubleshoot any situation. His initial & continuing professionalism that makes a prospective homeowner feel secure and that they are in “the best hands” Michael’s integrity is “bar none” He attends every settlement, is alway at the table before my clients & I, he greats them immediately and he’s always ready to proceed immediately. He is undistracted by whatever else is going on at the settlement table and completely focused on his client (my client) he has a rhythm of going through by the documents that make the clients feel very comfortable.
