John was very prompt, knowledgeable S transparent. Great service and friendly. Loan processing gave a lots of issues, and this is not the first time. I strongly recommend working with John for great rates and fantastic service. However, make sure to request him not to send your loan docs to Monica Dillon or Jennifer Hindman - both of them are very irresponsible, never gets back without multiple follow ups and will delay your entire loan process.

Aaron and his team responded promptly and were able to get us a great mortgage. However, I could have used more explanations throughout the process. Additionally, several times we had to correct information that seemed to be something they should have already had. As first time buyers, we didn't feel particularly informed or guided throughout the process.
